Microsoft forms approval status

Hi, I am looking for a solution to update the approval status in one of the column of the forms excel. After the approval is done, i used the "update the row" connector, connected the sharepoint, connected the list, connected the file, connected the table and identified the key column and specified the "Remarks from Approver" with outcome. i get a message as below. The flow works fine until sending the email and the update row is failed and it does not update the excel with the Approval/Reject. Would like an help to get this corrected.
