Office lens "processing" doesn't stop

Hi, my understanding is that Office Lens has a 100 page limit and I am trying to use all of that 100 page limit! I scanned 100 pages of invoices with my iPhone and attempted to save at medium quality. All I am getting is a spinning circle that says "processing" and never finishes processing. I hate to think i am going to lose all those 100 pages since it took a while to scan them all in. I have been attempting to save this for a few days so I would appreciate some recommendations.

Thanks in advance!

    Hi StevePashley

    Thanks for your reply.

According to your description, it is likely that there was some data error when you stored the image. Due to the limited operating space of mobile devices, we suggest you try to reinstall the Office Lens.

This method may not be able to retain your scanned files and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

We recommend that you try uploading in batches after re-downloading.

    Best Regard.

Thanks for your quick reply. I would be happy to save them to iCloud but I don’t think I can get to that screen. After I scanned the pages I clicked on the “done” button. Normally after clicking done the next screen comes up asking what you want to do with the file. You can email, text, save to iCloud etc. unfortunately after clicking done the processing starts and never stops. I have 170 gigs of free space on my iPhone. Please let me know if there is something I can change in settings somewhere to make this work. Thanks

    Hi StevePashley

Thanks for posting in the Microsoft community.

I understand from your message that when you use Office lens to scan documents and save the file it is stuck in "processing".

According to your description, we did the same test, scanned 100 pages, and saved them successfully.

So I need to confirm with you first where do you need to save these scanned files? Local photos, iCloud, or other Office components?

We suggest you check if your phone has enough storage space to save these files if you need to save them on your phone.

If you need to save them on iCloud, we recommend you check your internet connection.

Please forgive me if those suggestions are not helpful.

You can share with me your specific steps or screenshots (please note to block personal information) and I will do my best to help you analyze the problem.
