Get data from Microsoft Exchange in Excel

I cannot seem to "get data" from Microsoft Exchange in MS Excel. Can somebody help? It is not even appearing as an option. I have just subscribed to Office 365 Business Standard package.

    I have a form on my website which when filled out gets forwarded to an unmanned mailbox. I want to extract that data from the email I receive in the unmanned mailbox over to excel.

    According to your description, please try to perform an Online Repair to check the outcome: Repair an Office application - Office Support

    May I know if you have tried repairing the application as I suggested above?

    If that didn’t solve the problem, please take a screenshot of the Product Information, it would be helpful for us to check whether it is caused by a certain version.
