Both servers BSOD with same error message

Question

Hi Experts,

We have 2 servers that crash with the same message 1 hour apart.

I have the dump files in the dropbox link below. Please help to analyze what could be the cause.

Which Windows server version is in use?
How come the thread was posted in Windows 8?
