One drive issue

My One Drive Account on PC and phone does not recognize my Microsoft account / email anymore …. When I tab “Your personal account needs attention - Learn More” it brings me to the sign-on page to enter my Microsoft account email and password. Once I enter my email, it says my email doesn’t have an account associated with it.

I have been using OneDrive on my phone and PC for a couple of years and now, but for some unexplained reason, I can’t sign in and access over 500GB of stored information.

    Could you please provide a screenshot of the error message saying that your email doesn't have an account associated with it?
