I am looking into setting up MFA across our Trust.
I would like to be able to trust our schools IP range so staff do not need to go through the MFA when on site.
I have read up that you can't set private IP ranges unless you have MFA Server installed. Which we do not have.
Is this a matter of tough we can't do it or is there a way of somehow trusting private ranges?
Thanks
Matt

Hi, Matt
According to your description, it is true as you said that the trusted IPs can include private IP ranges only when you use MFA Server. For cloud-based Azure AD Multi-Factor Authentication, you can only use public IP address ranges.
Therefore, we're sorry that this could be a bad news for this scenario.
Please feel free to contact us if there's an update.
