word 编辑画面突然变成全黑显示

本来正常的word编辑画面应该是黑底白纸，但不知道为什么，我的word编辑画面忽然变成了全黑显示，导致看不到我编辑的内容（字体和图画都很难看清楚）。我的是英文版2019，请问应该怎么解决这个问题？谢谢

    Under Word>File>Options>General check Personalize section - Background & Theme
