With NumLock off, press Alt+5 on the numeric keypad.
Selecting all text in table
I found this before somewhere where the num lock key either on and off with other key combination to select alt text in a table, but forget the combination and I cannot find it any more.
I try to format multiple table, but the best way will be to have a macro select all text and center, but if I use the upper + key, it center the table rather than the text;
also I tried the style, but it missed up my old table format

If your keyboard doesn't have a numeric keypad, you can assign a custom shortcut instead. Click File > Options > Customize Ribbon > Customize.
In the dialog box, select the "All Commands" category and locate the TableSelectTable command. Click in the "Press new shortcut key" box and press the key sequence you want. This activates the Assign button at the bottom of the dialog box. Click Assign. Confirm settings with Close and OK.
Later, if/when you are prompted to save changes to the Normal template, choose to do so.
