Wrong Default Author Name

Question

Hi, can anyone help me why every time I save a file, Author name is always wrong (it's automatically using my sister's name instead of mine)? How can I change it to my name?

It's annoying to change it manually everytime i save my data

Properties apply to the current document only.

The change want to make is in Word "Options" (win) / "Preferences" (mac)

I hope you are well, you can try this;

Click on Word > Preference > User Information, use the desired name and check the box right below the name that says "Always use the name regardless of how I'm signed in Office"
