    Hi Jaime Flores,

First, my pleasure to assist you.

As per your description, please don’t worry, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation.

In SharePoint online SharePoint there is new field type named Geolocation and you can now make lists "location-aware". Here is article for your reference: Create a map view for the Geolocation field in SharePoint and Integrating location and map functionality in SharePoint

Also if you add Bing Maps web part into SharePoint online page, you only enter an address or a well known name and your map will appear. For reference: Use the Bing Maps web part Meanwhile, if issue still persist, if possible could you please upload a screenshot for our reference so we can understand the issue and provide our suggestion in a productive manner, perhaps some related screenshots will be helpful. I appreciate your understanding and stay safe!!

    Best regards

    Waqas Muhammad
