OneDrive - Synced Library Issues

We are having a unique issue with our users. Recently after a reboot their client loses all Synced Libraries for about 10 minutes before they reappear. Regardless of what you do, there is a 10 minute delay. We were adding the libraries via GPO, but ive turned that off for this test user to ensure that wasnt causing it. Even if you force a GP Update the library wont map, it maps after approx 10 minutes (ive timed it) from logon. Ive been using a test account as a standard user and i can recreate the issue everytime

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Ive already ran /reset and weve already removed the local profile for affected users and had them log back in and they have the same problem.

    Hi Rob Moore (rmoore),

    Thank you for the information and I am sorry for the delayed response.

    Sorry that I can’t find any related information about this issue. So, in this case, I would suggest you contact the Office 365 administrators in your organizations and open a support ticket in the Office 365 admin center via the steps in the articlefor further help. The support team there has the correct escalation channel for this case. It may be the most efficient way in handling this kind of issue.

    Thank you for your efforts and understanding.

    Best Regards,

    Good Morning.

    If i wait long enough the two identical syncing locations go away. As stated before, after a reboot there are no location syncing, then as if its a miracle they appear after waiting 10 minutes. This is also the case on-net and off-net. So it cannot be GPO related. We've done OneDrive /Reset with no success. OneDrive locations still disappear after reboot and re-appear 10 minutes after logging in.

    Current build installed is 21.230.1107.0004 64-bit

    After the reboot;

    Trying to open something from my OneDrive;

    After 10 minutes the synced locations appear

    And if i refresh the settings window the duplicate locations disappear

    The 10 minute wait period is becoming common among some of our users. Why are the locations available immediately after login?

    Hi Rob Moore (rmoore),

    Thank you for posting in this community and I am sorry for this inconvenience caused to you.

    To protect your privacy, I masked your links.

    I noticed that you have two OneDrive for Business folder with the same name. It is weird.

    so, in this case, you may try to click the Stop sync buttons for the second and third location. And then click Start sync for the first location. Then try to go to the library to sync it again.

    For your information: Sync SharePoint and Teams files with your computer (microsoft.com)

    If the issue persists, you may also try to reset OneDrive to see the result.

    For your information: Reset OneDrive (microsoft.com)

    If above suggestions don’t work, may I confirm the following information for a better understanding of your situation?

    1. The version information of your OneDrive? (OneDrive> Help& Settings>Preferences>About)
    2. The build and version information of your Windows? (Click the Start menu > Type “winver” > and hit Enter.)

    Best Regards,

    May
