Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
My problem was that I had one license left on the Month to Month E3 365 subscription so the only option I had was to cancel the subscription. That is why I could reduce it from 7 to 6 but not from 6 to 5.
Its an odd way of accounting but it really should have listed 2 extra licenses for the month to month (5+2) , and then 1 extra license (5+1) , as the 5 other licenses are covered in my standard Office 365 E3 license. Reducing my count down to 5 meant I didn't need the Month to Month anymore.
I called support and a tech walked me through the steps.
Thanks for the phone number.
