    Thanks For reply.

I have changed the network and tried to create but I faced same problem (same error). I have used another phone to authenticate via Text Message. Only I kept same mail ID which is from hotmail.com.

    Please help to resolve it.

    Thanks

    MDeba

    Hi MDeba,

    Greetings.

Regarding this situation, you can first try to use a different network and see if it fixes the issue,

Also what happens when you change your phone number or company name, assuming that you are using a

VoIP Phone number to register and that you company name is not valid.

I will be waiting for your feedback to see if there is need to collect some information for further assistance.

    Regards,

    Mac
