Create Data Type option missing from Excel's Power Query Editor

Hello,

I am having an issue with the Power Query Editor. Mainly that it is missing the option to "Create Data Type":

I tried the basic troubleshooting options: QuickRepair, complete re-install using the cleanup tool but none of that seems to matter. I found a previous question: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/missing-create-a-data-type-option-excel/4b4641d8-57f0-4c34-a29c-fdbb64882030

In the above case the problem was with the Office version. Back in 2020 it was a planned feature being rolled out but it was implemented as far back as version 2011(13426.20332), while my version is 2108(14326.20852) Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel. In fact the problem is affecting all of our staff, so it leads me to believe that perhaps in the Enterprise Channel this button is simply missing altogether.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Archi
