Regarding your issue, could you please kindly let us know when this issue start to occurs? Is there any changes has been performed at your end recently?
We appreciate that you efforts from your end to troubleshoot this issue. To narrow down this issue, would also like to know have you tried to check this issue with connect your system with different open network (make sure there is no antivirus and firewall blocking Microsoft services). If you haven’t check with it, request you to kindly connect your one of the affected system with different network (switch with another network) and check if you found any difference.
Besides this, if you change your printer , does the same error occurs?
If same issue persist with different network, request you to kindly provide us one of the affected user account’s email id and .web logs by follow the below steps.
- Open any web browser and clear its cache first, now press F12 key and select Network tab. Only open Microsoft Booking and reproduced the issue.
- Once issue reproduced, export the result (use drop down arrow, as highlighted in the below screenshot) and save in .har file.
