Embed MS form in a website

I created a form and I am trying to embed the form to the website. However, when I paste the embeded code

It shows like the picture below. I am not sure why it doesnt show the form itself. If it cannot display the form itself, I would like to at least not to cut off the 'Fill out the form' text.

I test with your embed code in SharePoint page embed webpart, it is working expectedly. Although I have no permission to access your form, but you can see the result below:

Based on the test result above, I assume the embed code is ok. The possible cause maybe the browser issue or website issue. To troubleshoot that, you can use try to embed on a SharePoint page to see the result. For your reference: Add content to your page using the Embed web part.

• If the issue can be reproduced in SharePoint page, you can change another browser to see the result.
• If the issue doesn’t happen in SharePoint Online page, can you tell me what website page you are trying to embed to?
