Attachments Not Loading to Tasks

Today I dragged two emails from my inbox into the Add Files section of a task in MS ToDo. They appear like they are still pending and are not becoming the blue .msg logos that happens normally. They look like they are loading but aren't actually doing anything. When I click them, nothing happens. I have closed and reopened ToDo, synced, and looked for updates in the MS Store.

    I've tested this further and have found that it only happens with certain emails. I haven't determined what type of emails it happens with, but the ones that I show in the example won't attach to a task no matter what machine I'm testing it from. Other emails will attach. I also found 2 more emails that for some reason cannot be attached to a task. Seems like it is working with some and not with others.
