Problem with RoboHelp

When I use the Printed Documentation function in RoboHelp 2017, I get a Microsoft Word Security Notice, which I never got before. This ties up my process and fails to create a PDF file. This malfunction is putting me behind schedule.

How can I cancel the Security Notice and get back to my usual routine?

    Hi Lon Richardson,

First, my pleasure to assist you.

As per your description, please don’t worry, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation.

When a document that you are working on contains a link to a suspicious website or when you try to open a file from a suspicious website. Microsoft Office helps protect you from these risks with settings in the Trust Center.

If possible, could you please upload a screenshot of Microsoft Word Security Notice, so we can understand your exact scenario and provide our suggestion in a productive manner, perhaps some related screenshots will be helpful.

In the meantime, please provide us the version information. To check version: Open Word>File>Account>Product Information and capture a full screenshot and share here (Please mask your private message for protecting your private message) and we will be tested on that version and verify the result with you.

I appreciate your understanding and stay safe!!

    Best regards

    Waqas Muhammad
