installing issue

i've been trying to install microsoft office on my laptop and the window of "please stay online while office downloads" and everytime , it would load then says error code "30015-11(3221225506)", i've tried to uninstall it , and reset my computer, but it still does not work. i need help ASAP. i've called the microsoft helpline, but was referrred to the online troubleshooting procedures.

Based on the description, it seems like there shows error code and failed to install Office suite successfully on your laptop after it had a reset. If so, please check if these general troubleshooting ways will help for your scenario.

2.Use ODT method to install Office suite. See:

If the issue persists, please share us the below details and test results for a further troubleshooting for your scenario.

1.If your subscription is Microsoft 365 Personal/Family or Microsoft 365 Business/Enterprise?

2.When you create a new admin profile and try to install on that profile, if it will show the error code still. See: Create a local user or administrator account in Windows 10 (microsoft.com). We need this result as if the error persists even on a new profile which performed a clean environment, it means the issue could be related with the system side and we need to provide the further support channel to investigate the issue.
