SharePoint 2010 File Uploads

Question

I have created a wiki page library in order to create a specific page for each employee in my company. I have granted each employee access to personal page by clicking page-->manage--> pager permissions-->Grant--> And then granting the employee edit access. The employees are able to edit their page and type text in the rich text field. However, when attempting to insert an image to the rich text field, the following error pops up. My question is why are the employees able to type/edit/save on their personal page but not insert pictures?

I go through the post carefully, it seems that you are using SharePoint 2010 on-premise server.
