Get embed code from form's responses or summary link

Please help, I need the responses result from my form can be display in microsoft sway. So how can i get the embed code from my summary link?

Hi Jonathan_211,

The response result does not give an option to create an embed code, but it does give a way to create a summary link in form and quiz.

  1. In Microsoft form or quiz, select the Responses tab.
  2. Select More options .... > Create a summary link.
  3. Select Copy
