@ function in Microsoft Word

I have several Microsoft office accounts. I am currently logged in to one of these accounts (let's call it Account A). I am trying to use the @ function to communicate w/ team members in Microsoft Word. However, Microsoft Word thinks I am still logged into another Microsoft office account. I have tried logging in and out of the correct account and restarting my computer, but I still have this problem.

Hi Sgates3,

When you say Microsoft Office account, may I know you mean personal Microsoft account (example, Outlook.com or Hotmail.com etc.) or a work or school account?

From your description, it seems like the browser is caching the account info and it still shows your other account (let says Account B) when you open a Word document from Account A. To avoid this, I will suggest you use a different browser or open browser in iPrivate mode to access your different Microsoft accounts. Once you have opened your account in a different browser, try using @ function, see if it sill does the same thing.

Let me know if you still get the same issue.

Regards,

Neha
