    Hi Monya,

Thank you for querying in this forum.

From your description, it seems that you want to update the version of current revision and date of last review columns in Excel automatically when you update documents.

May I know if my understanding is right? If so, as far as we know, we’re afraid that there is no out of box way to update Excel columns automatically according to the updated times of document.

Generally, we can save files in SharePoint or OneDrive, every time we update document, it will show version number and last edited time, as shown below:

However, we may not update columns values according to updated times. We’re sorry that it doesn’t meet your requirement, we do understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

To address your concern, we’d suggest you go to Excel Feedback community to provide your feedback. This is the best platform to let us hear from you and make our products and services better for you and others.

And we will also keep this thread open to check if the other community members who has suggestions, welcome the other community members who has suggestions share your suggestions here.

If the scenario above is not consistent with yours, you can also post back and point that.

Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated. I hope that you are keeping safe and well!

    Best Regards,

    Sukie
