When an Excel document is uploaded to OneDrive and then another person opens it 2 things happen: 1. The header row disappears and 2. the date format changes, and it will not allow you to change it back to the way it was. How do you stop this from happening? Thanks

Hi Christy, Thank you for querying in this forum. From your description, it seems that you have uploaded Excel file to OneDrive for business, however, when another user opened this file, the format and the header row disappeared. If my understanding is right, for the situation you encountered, we do understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it. And we have also tested it on our side, we uploaded the Excel file to OneDrive and shared it with the others, and the header rows didn't disappear and all works fine. And for the situation you encountered, we will give you some suggestions below and hope that will help you:1. You can refer to this article to check if you can find the previous version of this file, if so, you can recover it. Restore a previous version of a file stored in OneDrive (microsoft.com) 2. If the suggestion above doesn't work, we'd suggest you refer to this article to restore OneDrive to a previous time. Restore your OneDrive (microsoft.com) 3. 4.At the same time, to better understand your situation and narrow down this issue, could you also provide the information below?

    1. May I know if all files have the same problem in OneDrive for business?
    2. You mentioned this issue happened when the other opened the file, may I know if you encountered the same issue when you open in the browser?

Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated. I hope that you are keeping safe and well! Best Regards, Sukie
