One Note Internal Links

Hi All,

I have been using One Note to set up all of my notes for work. Its been great and works really well.

I have URL links and also internal links back to other pages.

I have spent hours setting everything up last year. After a holiday over the break i have notice all the sections and pages take forever to load. The URL links are working but the internal links have stopped working.

Is there any particular reason for this? I do not want to spend hours re doing the links if it is going to happen again.

I have been using the Onenote Online.

    Thank you for getting back to us.

    Have you tried accessing using the OneNote app 2016 or OneNote app for Windows ( downloaded from Microsoft Store)?

    If not, please download the OneNote 2016 and give it a try and get back to us with the results.

    Hi,

    I only have one note book.

    I have just also found the search function is not working? Which is half the reason for using this software.

    It appears if have to load all pages once (take about 10 seconds) then they are back to normal (dont have to load again) but search function or internal links still not working once 're loaded'.

    1. I have tried a different browser. I have also re done a link to test it, which works fine.
    2. Chrome
    3. Yes.
    4. Internet is fine.
    5. As above, have tried.

    1. what troubleshooting steps you've done so far?
    2. What browser are you using?
    3. have you tried restarting your computer?
    4. Have you checked your internet connection's speed?
    5. Please consider using a different kind of browser
