Thanks Jim,
I see the only way around it is with a Macro.

Using Microsoft Excel for Mac Version 16.52
I have 2 sheets with different tables. When I select both sheets by Command clicking the tabs, the "Delete Table Rows" is greyed out. I used this function earlier today to delete the same row from both tables and it worked (we are in lockdown and I could be going slightly crazy haha), but now it is greyed out. I have read this link and tried the macro but it does not work either. Appreciate any advice.

Hi JanGunn,
Thank you for posting in this community.
According to my tests, I find that I can reproduce this issue using Excel. And I am sorry that I don’t find any suggestions to delete the same row in tables which are in different sheets.
Given this situation, I am afraid it may be a default behavior. Currently, we may only be able to delete same ranges or rows which are not contained in tables across multiple sheets.
However, I understand your feelings and the inconvenience cased to you. So, to address your concerns, I would suggest you send feedback to report this issue right with in Excel app. (From your Excel app, go to Help > Feedback.) Since it is the quickest route to get your comments to the related programming developers’ ears. They read customer feedback daily.
Thank you for your time and understanding.
Best Regards,
May
Hi
When you have entire worksheets selected you do not have any table rows selected. Worksheets are not tables, at least in this context.
The delete row(s) menu item is "contextual" meaning the command is only active when the command can be executed.
In this case you would have to select one or more entire rows in a table before the command becomes active.
There is nothing wrong. This is the expected behavior.
Hi Jim,
Thank you for your reply.. but I am still a little confused.
I am trying to Delete the same row on all tabs without having to do each tab individually.
When both sets of data are formatted as Tables, Select a row on Sheet 1, then Select Sheet 2, the Delete Rows is greyed out.
If both Tables are converted to a range, Select a row on Sheet 1, then Select Sheet 2, the Delete Rows is Visible.
It just doesn't seem to work for Tables.
Any ideas?

Thanks May for the response. I have written a small macro to do this for me as it is important to retain the data integrity across all sheets. I will certainly give some feedback as it seems like quite a simple thing and not sure why it wouldn't work for Tables.
