I'm getting this error on my android app and when I log in on my desktop computer it just tells me there Sorry, we can't get your notebooks right now. Please try again later. I signed out of the android app and I can't sign back in at all. It's gives me Error: 0xE0000641 and says it can't create a new notebook because of possible errors in location?

    Hello Addison,

Welcome to Microsoft Community and appreciate your time taken for sharing detailed information. I understand that Error: 0xE000078D. I could share with you some of my thoughts on this issue.

According to this error code, this appears to be a network problem. But you have this problem after upgrading Windows11, I do not understand why there is a network error. You could try the following instructions to see if it works.

    1. Turn off Proxy.

    a. Click Start > Settings > Network & internet > Proxy. Turn off the Automatically detect settings and Use a proxy server.

    1. Turn Microsoft Defender Firewall off.

Here is the relevant link: Turn Microsoft Defender Firewall on or off

And then you see if you could log on.

If it doesn't work, it may be caused by interference from third-party antivirus software or system optimization software. You could uninstall them for a while and then do a clean boot.

(Disclaimer: A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. It helps to determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program and to isolate the cause of a problem.

These steps of "clean boot" might look complicated at first glance. However, to avoid any trouble for you, please follow them in order and step-by step so that it will help you get you back on track.)

Please feel free to post back if you need any further assistance.

    Best Regard,

Kevin | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
