Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
Hi jasonMMoran,
Greetings.
Thank you for raising your concern in this community.
I looked on to this error and found out that there can be different reasons for it such as:
- Missing or corrupted DLL files;
- Incorrect installation of programs;
- Outdated Windows drivers;
- Damaged Windows Registry files;
- Malware attacks.
What you can try beside clearing the cache.
1- Run the sfc scan. Search for the command prompt in the windows search and run as an administrator.
- Type sfc/scannow and press enter
- Restart the computer
2- Update the drivers
3- Run a virus scan
- Go the windows Update & Security
- Windows defender > open windows defender security center
- Virus & threat protection
- Advanced scan > full scan> scan now.
From the error you received, this is what you can also try beside clearing the cache.
If it persists using these methods, I advice you to post the question directly in our office-itpro - Microsoft Q&A as the issue is happening within a Citrix VDI.
Thank you for you understanding and cooperation.
Kind regards,
Mac
