Help Command not working in Microsoft 365

I have had Microsoft 365 now for a couple of months on a computer running Windows 10 Pro. I don't care if I try to access the Help command from Excel, Word, or PowerPoint all I can get is an error message:

Now I don't know who this organization is since this is a private computer, I'm the administrator, and I'm also the only person who ever touches this computer.

Is there anyone out there who can help me get rid of this message and allow me to access Help? Petty of me, I know, but I get kind of irritated when I can't access all functions of something I'm paying for by the month!

    Hi Wild,

Try restarting your computer and see if it works this time. Some elements of Office might be open in the background. Let me know the outcome.

    Kind Regards.

I'm Jen, and I'd be happy to help you out with this issue.

Please try these steps: Click File > Options > General > click on Privacy settings > Check all the boxes under Connected Experiences and All Connected Experiences then click OK. Restart Excel and verify the result.
