Managing Delegates for Shared Mailboxes after Exchange Admin Center upgrade

Am I missing something?

Do I now have to add delegates to a shared mailbox singularly and save in between adding?

If so, that's a horrible idea. You will have just made my job 5 times more annoying.

Also, when searching for people to add as delegates, their tiles don't show the email address.

We might have people with multiple accounts/e-mail addresses. Picking the right account is going to be hit or miss

Hopefully, I'm just not seeing how to do it correctly.

According to your description, the issue of your concern that you unable to manage delegates for shared mailbox.

Please be kindly to follow the instructions based on - Use the EAC to edit shared mailbox delegation.
