one drive does not sync

Hi,

I have a problem with my one drive app on my mac.

It does not sync and its looks like it has a problem with the folder's name that has hyphen. I changed the name of the folder but the issue has not resolved yet.

I tried to use one drive on my windows computer. It says that it cant connect to the internet. I tried to turn of the firewall and everything. It still does not work.

Could you pleas help me ASAP.

    Hi,

    The problem with my mac is solved.

    But I still cannot sign in to my onedrive on my windows. I removed the program and reinstalled it. I still have the same problem.

    Hi Parvin,

    Thanks for using Microsoft products and posting in the community, I’m glad to offer help.

    According to your description, for the folder name, please try to rename it though the OneDrive Web App instead of modifying it in Finder to check the outcome.

    For the OneDrive issue on Windows, please try to reset the OneDrive application and make sure you have update it to the current latest version and try to log in again.
