PowerPoint Presenter View bug with Windows 11

I'm using PowerPoint for Windows (the Microsoft 365 version) and just upgraded to Windows 11 on my Surface Laptop 4. There appears to be a bug in the Presenter View display that did NOT exist when I was using Windows 10. The bug appears when I click the "restore down" button in the full screen Presenter View window. The windows restores and I can resize it and move it around my screen. However, the "current slide" object in the upper left corner of the window appears as a 'double image" with an offset as shown in the screenshot below.

Has anyone else observed this behavior? Is there a workaround or a fix?

Thanks

    Hi, bailey_wm_f.

I'm sorry about that. Many users are reporting powerpoint issues after upgrading to Windows 11.

I suggest you send feedback to the Powerpoint team reporting this issue, Microsoft engineers can resolve this directly.

The simplest way is through the app itself:

In PowerPoint, click → Help → Feedback.

Choose the option <I don't like something> or <I like something> and explain the situation in detail.

Comments go directly to the product teams and are read daily.

Hello! The same problem has occurred here after upgrading to Windows 11. It only occurs when the window showing the presenter mode is not maximized (see edited picture). Because of the shift/gap, it is almost impossible to make annotations with a pen during presentations. Is there a solution? Best regards
