Microsoft Secure Email

I've been having issues opening secure emails using MicrosoftOffice365. When I attempt to sign in, it ends up timing out saying try again in 5 min. When I attempt to open using the pass-code, it also times out and says try again later. Maybe after trying 6 or 7 times throughout the day, I'll finally get a pass code. Is there an issue with the secure emails??

Based on your mentioned description, seems like your whole issue concern is about to opening encrypted email message in Microsoft 36. If yes, this issue was posted to the Service Health Dashboard (SHD) as incident EX311826, Start time: Friday, December 17, 2021,at 7:28 AM UTC. User Impact: Recipients are unable to open encrypted email messages sent via Exchange Online.

Tenant administrators can view current information and updates on SHD at the link here https://portal.office.com/AdminPortal/Home#/servicehealth

For affected customers to easily identify the information here, this thread will be closed. We will update to the primary thread once the issue is resolved or you can obtain the most recent information from SHD.
