Lost access to microsoft account/local account in Windows 10

Question

I once set up my Windows 10 using a local account 'connected' to a microsoft account. Recently when changing ip's etc I was not able anymore to log on to this account.
Account ak_koko@Karima ben .com (Microsoft Account), local account 'Andrew'. When logged on 'Andrew' is used.
While it always came up with the correct account, I only needed to type the password.

Now the first question is, while I cannot log on, how should I logon to use the Microsoft Account, I assumed .\Andrew
When I try this, I get, translated from Dutch, 'The used login method is not allowed'.

When logging on with another account (my windows 10 is working together with a Windows 2012 R2 (HomeServer) server), and checking Settings Accounts, I do not see 'Andrew'. When checking from Computer Management, Local Users and Groups, I can see Andrew.

How can I resolve this??
Current Windows 10 version is 2004
