OneNote Android synchronization error E0000024 de2nn 40001 | e3faefaa-3f5a-c14f-90d9-e856abc9185a 202107171639

Hello,

I use OneNote professionally (PC Windows 10 and smartphone Android) and was previously very convinced of the possibility to make notes on the go on the smartphone and then edit them on the PC.

However, I noticed yesterday that my notes on the smartphone have not been synced since 6/30/2021.
The app on the smartphone seems to hang when syncing and shows me the above error message.
Additionally, it tells me that I am in offline mode and that I should log in. When I click log in, the error message just disappears and nothing happens.
I have tried the standard troubleshooting:

  • Internet access is via WLAN
  • Application stopped and cache cleared
  • OneNote is synchronized between PC and OneDrive

Since I have been taking notes on the go for 3 weeks now, I can't just log off when offline. Then all the notes are lost.
How to fix this problem?

Many thanks and best regards
Lennart
