I added an hyperlink of my Instagram profile to a word document and it is not working well. When I click, it takes me to the main page of Instagram, instead to the actual profile.

How can I make it work?

    Hi, Inés_713

Regarding that you cannot open the link I provided, you can try to change a different browser.

You can copy the URL which you need to make a hyperlink in other places. Then compare this URL with the URL of the hyperlink in the word to see if there are any differences.
