Hello

We have recently updated excel to 2013 verison previously we were using 2007 or 2010 and when i was using search and replace window i could press alt+ tab to switch to other program because search and replace was part of excel window, now when I'm in excel and press alt + tab it will switch to my search and find window or when I'm in the other program and i press alt+tab it switches to my search and find window. It is really annoying and hard to work like this.

Is it possible to switch back in options that search and find stays in the same window as excel worksheet.

Is there any alternative solution, like changing how alt+tab chooses windows or manually hiding it from alt+tab.

Press and hold the ALT key

    Press TAB

(Windows should show all opened windows now after a short time)

Press TAB till you get to the desired window

    Release the ALT key

Unfortunately not. Till 2010 Excel is MDI from 2013 on Excel is SDI and IMHO this is a side effect.
