I have a Visio license
But I need to update my payment method as the underlying card account has been closed
I got the message from Microsoft as below, but clicking the Pay Your Balance link does not work as I get an error message
Microsoft Support are of no help as it is impossible to actually contact support????
So, in a nutshell, MS sent me an email with no way to contact them to sort it out ???
