I have fields in my data card on 3d maps i'd like to display when you hover over a location. The city, state, and country load fine, but other fields show up as "Processing..." Anyone else have trouble with this issue? I'm not sure why it doesn't load the information because my data set is only 6 columns and 200 rows.

Hi Christian,
Thank you for the reply.
For the Excel version you provided, it is not the latest version for Office. Please first update your Excel to the latest version to see the result.
Additionally, to check whether the problem is related to the Excel app on your device, you could send a sample for us via OneDrive link so that we can check it on our side.
Best regards,
Jazlyn
I tried on a different worksheet and unfortunately it does the same thing. Did you add all the fields in your data card with no problem? My excel is Version 2101 (Build13628.20528)
Hi Christian,
Thank you for posting your query in our community.
Per your description, the data field in 3D Map shows "Processing…". I tested it on my side, however, there was no problem.
May I know that whether the problem happened on a specific file? If you create a new Excel file, will the same problem happen?
Additionally, please provide a screenshot of your Office Product Information(open Excel>File>Account>capture a screenshot of the Product Information column)
Best regards,
Jazlyn
