How do I keep the alignment of JPEG images when saving a Microsoft Word document as a PDF?

    If you insert the images so that they are in-line with text, they will conform the the alignment of the paragraph into which they are inserted.

    Which version of Word are you running?

    Could you show a screen shot of the changes that occur when you save as PDF?
