Unique Function - Skip a row (Input and Output)

I'm trying to get a unique list of names from a list. The list is continuously growing, so I'd like to apply the Unique Function to the full column, except for the first row (which is the title info). ALSO, I need the output to skip a row as well. Can someone help? Thanks!

Re: unique list from multiple selections

Make multiple selections and get the unique count...

    '------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The unique list is placed in the first set of blank columns to the right of the data.

The above created by the 'List Unique Items' utility found in the free "Professional_Compare" workbook.

Download the free workbook from OneDrive... https://1drv.ms/u/s!Au8Lyt79SOuhZw2MCH7_7MuLj04?e=sAwbHU
