Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
Which version of Windows are you running? There have been some reports that Office sign-in and activation may fail in Windows 7.

Good day
Recently my Office applications were giving me an error that I completely ignored because it related to something of internet troubles in the description of the error. Now my subscription can't be verified and I cannot use any of the applications, and when I try to login again, the menu window attached below pops up.
I've googled solutions but they were along the lines of reverting to an older version of Office or Windows OS, not too keen on either of those options so hence, my cry for help.
Will appreciate any sort of assistance with this matter. TIA!

HI Jade L Moodley,
Thank you for your question, according to your description you cannot login.
Based on my research, I found some users resolve the similar issue by the steps below:
Go to the registry editor (Win+R; regedit),
Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> Microsoft ->Office -> 16.0 ->Common -> Identity,
Inside "Identity", create a new REG_DWORD value called "DisableADALatopWAMOverride" and change the value from 0 to 1,
Restart the PC and try again to login from Office 365.
If the problem persists I suggest you:
You can solve your problem by clearing the temporary internet files in Internet Explorer;
You can set this in Internet Options >Advanced> Browse to Security> Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed.
If the problem persists, you can try to upgrade your IE to the latest version. And please provide your Office product information from Control Panel-> Programs-> Office.(take a screenshot of Name and version information.)
Please let us know if it resolved this issue. Thanks for your cooperation.
Best Regards
Ethan

Run an Office repair
Restart the PC, once fully loaded, repair Office,> Apps & Features>Select Office your version>Modify /Repair, once the repair completes re-test
