I have no problem as adding a not to a excel spreadsheet. I would like to be able to hide them while the sheet is being changed and bring them back when needed. I do not want to lose them I just want to hide them. Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out. I'm Adie, an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. I'll be happy to help you out.

To hide notes in Excel, you may follow these steps:

    1. Go to File > Options > Advanced.
    2. Under Display, you may choose “No comments, notes, or indicators” or “Indicators only, and comments and notes on hover" to display all indicators like a red triangle in the corner of the cell and display the notes only when you hover them with mouse.

    I hope this helps.

    Best regards,

    Adie
