Issue obtaining the Windows 10 2021-08 Update on MDT Created Image

Hey everyone, Seem to be having an issue trying update my image. The OS will not pull the 2021-08 update when I build it with MDT. If I install the OS Manually, it gets the update with no issues.
We are not using WSUS in the image that I can tell.
Its Windows 10 21H1
Anyone got any ideas?

    Does this issue only happen on Windows 10 21H1?
    Do you have any configuration of WSUS in customsettings.ini?
    And do you have any Windows Update step in your task sequence?

    Its happening on all of the Windows 10 OS, and there are no WSUS settings in customsettings.ini. I disabled all Windows update steps in the task sequences.
