I'd like to ask about Windows CAL. We have AD network 2012 with many controlelrs. Additionaly in the network exists two servers 2019 with IIS services used by just a couple of users. Do we need all CAL version 2019 or may we use mixed CAL 2012 and 2019 (2019 fo IIS users and the rest 2012)?

Its fine to mix them, you'll just need enough 2019 CALs to cover the new servers.
