In this case, you may check the system requirements to make sure that the add-in is suitable for the version of your Excel for iPad application. And make sure both Excel and the add-in are up to date.
If the issue persists, I would suggest contacting the people who make the Add-In to address this. Since the XLMiner Analysis Toolpak Add-in is a third-party program. And unfortunately, we have limited information and access to further help you.
