Excel title bar

My Excel 2019 title bar changed from green to white and my title is now on the left side instead of in the middle. My Word (blue) and Powerpoint (red) are normal. I cannot figure out what happened to change it this way, and I cannot find any setting to change it back. I've tried repairing and re-installing Office, but no luck. Please refer to the pictures below to see what I mean...

Thank you.

This is a change that was rolled out earlier this week. To restore the original color scheme, select File > Options and select Colorful from the Office Theme dropdown, then click OK.

You will also notice that the Quick Access Toolbar now has a fixed Save icon on the left, that the ribbon is displayed in a rounded rectangle, and that the scroll bars look different.

This all has to do with making Excel conform to the Windows 11 interface.

My guess is that the other Office apps will follow suit sooner or later.

Hello Hans, I appreciate your quick reply, and highlighting all the changes. You wouldn't believe how many hours I wasted on this trying to fix it, thinking that I did something wrong and had hit a wrong button somewhere.

    Thank you,

    Vlad
