How to change the default verification method for two-factor authentication for a Microsoft 365 account

Hi All,

I am facing some difficulties changing the default verification method for an account that I am currently managing.

I found a helpful article explaining how to “Change your two-step verification method and settings”, but what I am lacking is a screenshot showing where do I specify what options are made available for my organization:

"From the Additional security verification page, select the method to use from the What's your preferred option list. You'll see all of the options, but you can select only the ones that are made available to you by your organization."

Can someone please explain to me how to navigate to this “What's your preferred option” menu? I am having troubles finding it.

I do know where to change my preferrences from, once it has been configured.

Microsoft 365 and Office | Subscription, account, billing | For business | Other
