Microsoft Access - Where is the Switch function?

I do not see "swift" function in the expression builder. it displays IIf only. How can I add swift to it?

I think I have the 2019 version.

    Although the Switch function cannot be called in a calculated field in a table, it can in a calculated column in a query. Just one reason why a query should be used when a computed value is to be returned.

    I have never heard of a "swift" function in Access. Can you elaborate?
