    Thanks for posting in the community.

    If you mean you need to refresh the connected SQL data sources in Excel for Web, you can just refresh the workbook’s connections via the Data tab.

    If you mean you need to use Excel for Web to get data from SQL database, for now, I am afraid it is not available. I would like to suggest you post the suggestion in our Microsoft Feedback Portal where other members posted their suggestions here. It’s the platform for us to hear your voice and improve our products.
